For Young Leaders
A recent study shows 42% of full time pastors have given “real, serious consideration” to quitting ministry. Our hearts grieve over this statistic..
Our goal is to change this statistic by cultivating soul-healthy leaders who model integrity, prioritize their families, and are deeply devoted to Jesus and His church.
Come to the Well
We guide young ministry couples on a transformative journey of soul health and building value-driven homes. Through rejuvenating retreats in serene locations, small cohorts learn to care for their souls through healthy life rhythms and meaningful relationships with colleagues on the same journey. Each cohort then continues to gather online for 6 months of accountability and support as they pursue wholeness in marriage, ministry, and family life.
The Mission
Contributing to the future of Christian leadership by introducing young leaders to sabbatical living, where we lead out of rest, healthy rhythms, and Spirit-led formation of the soul.
The Vision
Redeeming the heart of the next generation by fostering the health of those called to lead them.

Testimonials
Throughout our time together, we got to participate in so many powerful conversations shaped by the Brewingtons’ personal testimony, as well as engaging activities rooted in discovering our own values and priorities. One of the most impactful takeaways was learning how to root ourselves in real rest—practicing soul care in practical, daily ways that nourish both our marriage and our growing family.

The Perry’s
One powerful moment was when we were guided through creating our family values. That session challenged us to pause, reflect, and prayerfully decide what kind of family we wanted to build. It helped us get on the same page and dream together intentionally. The Well didn’t just impact our marriage for a season, it gave us tools and truths that we’ll carry with us for the rest of our lives.

The Pope’s
After several months praying for mentorship specifically through another married couple, the Lord providentially led us to The Well. Though our focus had been on one-to-one mentorship, we found that our experience at The Well met needs we didn’t know we had! Through The Well we found prayerfully-planned programming, lateral discipleship with other married couples, and guidance for cultivating a marriage centered on Christ, embracing life’s rhythms, and establishing family values.

The McGee’s
After years of knowing the Brewington’s and their heart for Sabbath, Soul health and Spiritual growth, being apart of The Well has forever impacted us as a couple & now family. Our daily lives and moments are now shaped by rhythms & habits that will grow us stronger and healthier as a couple & family. What you see in the Brewington’s is what you get in every aspect of life – ministry, professionally and personally. We are truly blessed to know the Brewington’s and to be a part of The Well Collective!
